Stephanie Reardon is the joint Chief Executive of LimeCulture Community Interest Company, a national training and development organisation that focuses on improving the response to sexual violence and safeguarding. Stephanie is responsible for overseeing the full range of work and services delivered by LimeCulture.  In 2017, LimeCulture was commissioned by the Male Survivor Partnership (MSP) to develop Quality Standards for Services Supporting Male Victims/Survivors of Sexual Violence. Stephanie became a Trustee of the MSP following the launch of the Quality Standards in 2018.

  • Outlining the Quality Standards for Services Supporting Male Survivors of Sexual Violence, including how it improves the consistency of service provision across the UK through a set framework and benchmark standard
  • Examining how MSP works in partnership with LimeCulture to deliver the Independent Accreditation Programme, including opening the programme up to Higher Education Institutions
  • Analysing the impact the quality standards have had on service providers and supporting survivors of sexual violence
  • Highlighting the next steps for the Male Survivors Partnership, including delivering the next wave of the Independent Accreditation Programme
