Diana is the Chief Executive of the independent charity Victim Support. She was previously Operations Director at the charity, leading the development of Victim Support’s service delivery capability. Prior to Victim Support, Diana was Director of Operations at Shelter, where she was responsible for the housing charity’s national network of specialist face-to-face and telephone advice and support services. She has also worked in housing management, development and care at London borough councils and housing associations. She is Chair of a charity in south London providing advice and support to refugees.

  • Outlining the London victims’ strategy: Making sure agencies meet their statutory responsibilities towards victims, tackling discriminatory behaviour that can create barriers to justice and support and putting specialist training in place
  • Working with local police services, local authorities and community groups to build citywide support for victims
  • Ensuring that there are clear and accessible support service pathways for victims and communities that cater to specific challenges relating to local conditions
  • Embedding victims’ rights in community safety provisions: Providing victim organisation representation when designing community safety services
